These Terms of Service govern the conditions under which any user accesses and uses the WOF — World Of Farts mobile application, published by MARCEAU TIMOTHEE. Using the App constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
Use is restricted to individuals aged at least 13 years old. Users aged 13–16 may require parental consent depending on their country under GDPR.
Via email + password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Unique, 3–20 characters. Usernames that are offensive, sexual, violent, or racist will be removed.
You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activity on your account.
You retain ownership of all Content you produce. You warrant that it is freely available and does not infringe any third-party rights.
By posting Content, you grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host and distribute that Content to your confirmed Friends, strictly limited to operating the service.
You can delete your Farts at any time from your gallery. The Publisher may remove any manifestly unlawful Content without notice.
Fartcoins are not convertible to real money, not resellable, not transferable and not refundable. The App does not currently offer purchases with real money.
Report content or behaviour via the in-app "Report" feature or by emailing support@worldoffarts.club. All reports are handled within 24–48 hours.
Violations may result in: a warning, content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account deletion. You may contest any decision at support@worldoffarts.club within 30 days.
The Publisher strives to keep the App available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates or force majeure may cause temporary unavailability.
The App and all its elements (design, brand, code, sounds) are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any reproduction or use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
The App is provided "as is". The Publisher is not liable for User Content, technical outages, or data loss caused by misuse. These limitations do not apply in cases of gross or intentional misconduct.
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Material changes will be notified via an in-app notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts. EU users retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection provisions of their national law.
